Some stories are not just about success; they are about resilience, reinvention, and the unbreakable bond between two sisters who refused to settle for anything less than their dreams. Meet Anna and Keyoh Ohanian, two Belgian-Armenian sisters who turned life’s challenges into stepping stones toward greatness.
Each took a different path Anna in the world of design and business, Keyoh in music and media but both found their own way to leave a lasting impact. Together, they embody strength, ambition, and the power of sisterhood.
A New Beginning in a Foreign Land
Anna and Keyoh’s journey began in 1996, when their family fled Armenia due to war and political instability. They arrived in Belgium with nothing but hope and determination.
Adapting to a new culture was no easy feat. They were teenagers in a foreign country, struggling to learn a new language while navigating the challenges of school. They faced bullying, cultural differences, and the pressure of rebuilding their lives from scratch. But rather than letting these hardships define them, they pushed forward.
“We learned the language the hard way, but we learned it fast,” Anna recalls. “We knew we had to fight for our future.”
And fight they did.
Anna Ohanian: Turning Passion into a Thriving Business
Anna’s journey was one of discovery and resilience. She had a deep love for art, fashion, and design, but societal expectations pushed her toward more traditional studies. It wasn’t until she entered the diamond industry thanks to a connection through her sister that her financial stability improved, allowing her to help her parents and invest in her future.

But something was missing.
“I knew I wasn’t in the right place,” Anna admits. “My heart was always in creativity.”
A leap of faith led her to the fashion industry, where she quickly climbed the ranks, proving her skills as a leader and businesswoman. By 23, she was managing a high-end boutique and traveling to Italy to work with top designers. However, life took unexpected turns—marriage, divorce, and the realization that she needed a fresh start. It was now or never.
Anna went back to school to study Interior Design and launched her own business. Today, she runs an interior design agency that represents eight major furniture and décor brands, collaborating on high-end hotel, restaurant, and residential projects.
“I don’t focus on money the way I used to,” she says. “Now, time with my daughter is my most precious asset.”
Her message to women is simple but powerful: “Know your worth, never settle for less, and remember it’s never too late to change your life.”

KeyOh: A Voice for Armenian Music and Women Everywhere
While Anna was making waves in design, Karine “Keyoh” Ohanian was carving out her place in the music industry.
From a young age, music was her passion. Blending Armenian folk with hip-hop, R&B, and electronic beats, KeyOh created a unique sound that set her apart. She collaborated with international artists, performed on big stages, and made a name for herself with hits like “Eyes Wide Shut” and “Yaribo”, which brought Armenian music to global audiences.
But music wasn’t just about fame it was her way of preserving culture and spreading a message.
“I always wanted my music to introduce Armenian sounds to the world,” she says. “It’s about more than entertainment it’s about identity.”
Keyoh didn’t stop at music. She was a model, entrepreneur, and creative force, always looking for new challenges.
Then, in 2020, the world changed. The pandemic shut down concerts, and suddenly, the spotlight dimmed.
Instead of retreating, Keyoh reinvented herself.

The Birth of “Glam Mom Magazine”
Motherhood brought new challenges—and new inspiration. As a successful woman navigating both career and family, Keyoh saw a gap in the market.
“There were magazines about fashion, business, and motherhood, but none that combined them all,” she explains.
So, she created one.
Glam Mom Magazine was born, a platform where mothers could share their stories, struggles, and successes. Starting in Belgium, it quickly expanded across Benelux and beyond, becoming one of the most-read magazines for modern moms worldwide.
“I never imagined it would be such a success,” she says. “But it was built on real passion, and that’s what made the difference.”
From day one, Anna was by her side, encouraging her to take the leap.
“You can do it,” Anna told her. “And we’ll do it together.”
Today, Glam Mom Magazine is more than just a publication it’s a movementthat empowers mothers to embrace career, style, and self-growth, all while being incredible moms.
Two Sisters, One Mission: Empowerment
Despite their different paths, Anna and Keyoh’s journeys are deeply intertwined. They uplift each other, support one another’s dreams, and prove that success is not about compromising who you are it’s about embracing it.

Whether through interior design or music, business or media, both sisters have one mission: to inspire women to believe in themselves, take risks, and create the life they deserve.
They are living proof that no matter where you come from, you can rewrite your story.
And for Anna and Keyoh Ohanian, this is only the beginning.
