Natasha’s vision for The BLOC Society and The BLOC Foundation is bold, transformative, and deeply rooted in empowerment. She envisions a nationwide network of women and minority developers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are not only breaking barriers but also creating generational wealth for their families and communities.
“Over the next 10 years,” she explains, “I hope to see a significant reduction in workforce and economic gaps in underserved communities through accessible education, job training, and mentorship. I want to build a state-of-the-art training center where apprentices can learn, earn, and lead—positioning themselves to create generational wealth and positively impact their communities.” Her vision is already taking shape through initiatives like certified construction training programs that empower women and minorities to enter and thrive in the construction industry.
Empowering Women and Girls
As the driving force behind programs like Someone’s Daughter, Natasha is dedicated to creating spaces where girls aged 10–18 can access mentorship, leadership development, and resources to achieve their dreams. Inspired by her own journey and the strength of her mother, she aims to empower girls to embrace their potential unapologetically.
Through global partnerships and curated experiences, Someone’s Daughter aspires to become a worldwide movement, fostering a sisterhood that transcends borders. “By offering online courses, mentorship programs, and in-person experiences across different countries, we can create connections that inspire young girls to take control of their futures with confidence,” she says.

For Natasha, real estate and construction are not just industries—they are vehicles for creating lasting impact. Her efforts to provide certified training programs for women and minorities have already produced remarkable success stories.

By the end of the program, she not only secured significant financial returns but also gained the confidence to continue investing and building wealth for her family. “This is what it’s all about,” Natasha shares. “Empowering women, especially those who have been overlooked or taken advantage of, to reclaim their financial futures and pass on resources to the next generation.”
