The track was also remixed by DJ StoneBridge, a GRAMMY-nominated Stockholm-based DJ, artist, and producer known for creating chart-topping remixes for artists such as Usher and Lenny Kravitz.

2024 has been a whirlwind for you. Share your inspiration for your new single, “Body Language.”

It’s such a whirlwind that Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton have been trying to chase me down Tornado Alley! “Body Language” was birthed between Ellis Miah, Marvin Busseau, and myself. We wanted to groove a concept that is so unspoken in our world today, which is body language and that non-verbal communication. I like those esoteric kind of concepts, and depth.

Who have been your musical influences?

I’ve had various musical influences throughout the years. Andrea Bocelli for my foundational classical background. Frank Sinatra for all things timeless and nostalgic. Kylie Minogue for the pop profusion. And, Sade, for the effortless, sensual approach I value and try to emulate.

Your song, “Thriller Killer,” has garnered over 1M views on YouTube. What do you want fans to know about this song?

I’d love for them to know that I kicked ass in that music video, literally. The cinematography was done by Tolga Katas, who did the “Body Language” video as well, and it was important to keep it futuristic, industrial, and edgy, to reflect the thrills and kills of it.

How have you pushed creative boundaries?

Pushing boundaries today means staying authentic to you, and not by what the industry dictates or attempts to mold you into. It truly isn’t that complicated to do, you just have to be steadfast and unapologetic for doing so. People pleasing does not garner longevity.

You received a distribution deal with KDM Music. What does this mean to

you?

It means that from an international standpoint and respect, an artist needs to be of a certain quality to be promoted overseas, and being of that caliber, and level is a testament to who I am and the kind of quality I produce.
